This is a sweet little 14mm x 10mm Dendrite Agate which I've set in a melted fine silver setting.
 
In total the ring setting measures just under 1" by 0.75" and is a size just shy of a U.S. 6.5 Unfortunately I cannot change the size of the band.
 
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
