I have set a 30mm x 12 mm Lodolite Quartz cabochon in a fine silver setting. There is a small 10 mm clear Aquamarine at the top and from the stones hangs a small Thai Silver heart charm.

The pendant measures 1.5" by 2.25" and hangs from 18" sterling silver chain.
