I have set three Sonoran Gold Turquoise cabochons into this medium/large sized silver cuff.
 
Sized for a 7" wrist.
 
To find the fit of your cuff wrap a piece of string comfortably around your wrist and measure it against a tape measure.

In the fourth photograph you can see it on my wrist which is 6.5". 
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
