In the center of the pendant I have set a 10mm x 12mm Watermelon Tourmaline. It is surrounded by five more Watermelon Tourmalines which measure approximately 8mm and one 5mm round Sapphire. 

The pendant measures 1.5" by 1.25" and hangs from an 18" sterling silver chain which can be worn up to 20".
 
Please be aware that the size of jewelry in photographs can be deceptive so be sure to read the measurements carefully before you purchase.
